You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile section of your account.
Canceling your subscription prevents it from renewing automatically at the end of the current billing period, but you'll continue to enjoy all the benefits of your plan until its expiration date.
Once your subscription ends:
- Subscription credits will no longer be available.
- Wallet credits (Credit Packs) will remain in your account, and you'll be able to continue using them.
- Your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan. Please note that this change does not include a new allocation of free credits.
If you decide to subscribe to a Plus or Pro plan again in the future, you'll regain access to that plan's features and receive a new allocation of subscription credits for the billing cycle you choose.
