Domestika.ai subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), provided you have a valid payment method.
When your renewal is processed successfully:
- A new subscription cycle begins.
- Your subscription credits are reset according to your plan.
- You keep all the Wallet credits (Credit Packs) you have accumulated.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the payment cannot be completed, Domestika will make several attempts to process it. During this period, you will still be able to access Domestika courses, but you will not have access to subscription credits and will only be able to use the credits available in your Wallet.
If the renewal ultimately cannot be completed, your subscription may be automatically canceled and your account will be moved to the Free Plan, without receiving a new allocation of free credits.
You can subscribe to a Plus or Pro plan again at any time from your account.
